S  1/2 waist 36 cm = 72 cm full waist size = 29-30 inches

M 1/2 waist 38 cm = 76 cm full waist size =  30-32 inches

L  1/2 waist 40 cm = 80 cm full waist size = 32-34 inches

XL 1/2 waist 42 cm = 84 cm full waist size = 34-36 inches
